Setup & Training is a one-time fee that varies by package (TZS 100,000 – 200,000): system setup, school branding, user accounts, and staff training.

Schools may use the system for one academic year on a trial basis. Upon acceptance and agreement to continue, the first payment shall include the completed trial year, the next year's subscription, and the setup & training fee where applicable.
